- Provide implementation support for the effective and efficient implementation of the DOE
- Assist in the improvement, implementation and oversight of DOE Hanford Integrated Safety
- Provide support to DOE and Hanford site wide committees/forums established for the
- Develop schedules, white papers, position papers, research documentation, and assessment
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentation of training and briefings to
- Assist DOE continuous improvement efforts, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or sufficient experience to provide a
- Substantial experience as an interpretive authority and subject matter expert for
- Experience in developing and leading improvement, implementing change management,
- Substantial working knowledge of DOE EM missions and activities.
- Experience in developing and implementing change to gain efficiencies and effectiveness
- Substantial experience in Integrated Safety Management programs implementation, related
- Experience in developing Integrated Safety Management business intelligence information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Power Point.
- Experience in leading assessments to determine compliance and performance.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with management and technical
- Ability to develop and independently effectively present training material and
- Proficiency in the use of business/technical writing.
- Excellent personal and professional communications skills.

OVERSIGHT PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT (1 FTE)
The United States Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford (Richland Operations Office (RL) and Office of
River Protection (ORP) require consultation and program support focused on implementation of the DOE
Hanford Integrated Safety Management programs.
Contractor shall provide support in the following areas:
