- Executes a recruitment strategy in order to build pipelines of internal and external candidates; source qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using online platforms, social media, networking, job fairs, recruitment events, email campaigns, calls, job postings and employee referrals.
- Qualify, screen, and prep candidates for client interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
- Write and post compelling job orders.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Partner with school districts to fulfill open roles.
- Checks-in regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless interview and hiring processes.
- Maintains accurate recruitment data
- Keeps current on Talent philosophies and approaches and integrates best practices.
- Follows the operating procedures on recruitment best practices for the agency.
- Consistently perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates i.e. attend trade shows such as ASHA, CSHA and others upon request.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of job-related experience in recruiting, sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Experience Industry: Education & Healthcare
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Crelete is preferred.
- Track record of or proven ability to excel in a home-based or remote environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, Linkedin, and Word.
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
- Ability to provide effective written and spoken communication with clients and candidates.
