Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute CareWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour.
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families.
Requires limited supervision. The majority of the patient care will be performed in an inpatient hospital setting.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable.

2 Years experience in rehabilitation.
