Description
The Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, as well as providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
The recruiting and onboarding coordinator will work closely with hiring managers to understand staff needs and work with the HR Director to develop effective recruitment strategies.
This position will also coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation.The recruiting and onboarding coordinator will enter employment records into our human resource information system and serve as back-up for new employee orientations.
Individuals in this role are ambassadors to the organization and shall support employee engagement with employee events, employee newsletter and other culture driven activities.
