- The client is seeking a contract resource for the role of Technology Support Specialist.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting agency hardware, systems software, and applications software portfolio, including maintenance of data dictionaries, equipment and software installation and upgrades, data conversions, system utilities and change control as well as coordinating problem resolution and referrals to other support areas.

- General Understanding of the ITIL Framework.
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science.
- Education Substitute: Associate degree with 2+ yrs. job-related experience or High School Diploma with 4+ yrs. job-related experience.
