As part of this mission, we are seeking a skilled Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) to oversee critical subcontracts within our Advanced Programs family of programs.

THE WORK

As the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of subcontracts, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Your key duties will include negotiating and baselining new subcontracts, leading programmatic and technical meetings with subcontractors, managing Earned Value baselines, identifying execution risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively with leadership and customers.

Additionally, you will support follow-on proposal activities to drive future contract growth.

CAM experience on a Cost-Plus contract

• Experience with a Red or Yellow Program and/or

Subcontract

• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Risk management experience
• Previous LM experience
• Current SCI Clearance
