    Are you passionate about empowering students to communicate effectively and reach their full potential? Soliant Health is partnering with a distinguished school district in Lutz, FL, seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite position to support students for the remainder of the school year.
    Position Overview:
    As an SLP or SLPA with Soliant Health, you'll play a pivotal role in providing speech and language services to students within the educational setting. Whether you're a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or an Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and implement targeted interventions to enhance students' communication skills.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' needs.
    • Deliver therapy sessions and interventions to improve communication abilities.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student education plans.

    Qualifications:
    For SLP:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is advantageous.

    For SLPA:

    • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
    • Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.
    • Prior experience in a school environment or with children is beneficial.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
