Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Pay Rate: $65,000 annually

Location: Houston, Texas

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

An excellent organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team. With your driven attitude and experience, you will profoundly impact the organization by providing Accounts Payable assistance. Submit your resume today

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and control reports.

· Manage Accounts Receivable aging, past dues, and collection activities.

· Handle the company's largest customer/chain accounts.

· Develop, communicate, and train the team on standard operating procedures and key performance measures.

· Ensure accurate receivable balances and statements by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed daily within the team.

List Qualification or Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

· Eight or more years of accounts receivable, collections, and trade credit experience.

· Four or more years team leadership and people management experience

· Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong customer service.
