    We're on the lookout for a skilled Geotechnical Driller to join our dynamic team.     Your Role:

    As a Geotechnical Driller,, you'll be at the forefront of our drilling operations. Your expertise in common drilling practices, such as duplex, air/fluid flushing, Kelly, and casing, will be put to the test. We need someone who's mechanically inclined, able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, and ready to think on their feet. If you've got experience with grouted tieback installation, micro piles, drilled piers, and other sheeting and shoring methods, you're the one we're looking for.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Keeping our drilling equipment and tooling in top shape.
    • Filling out detailed daily rig reports.
    • Ensuring strict adherence to proper drilling procedures.
    • Overcoming any subsurface obstacles that come your way.
    • Safely signaling equipment operators and maneuvering equipment on the job site.
    • Taking charge of the safety of all personnel working around the drill rig.
    • Assisting our Superintendent with job site layout.
    • Diagnosing and addressing mechanical and equipment-related issues.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A high school diploma or GED.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • E-verification.
    • Bonus points for experience with a drill rig, forklift, skid steer, mini excavator, and other earth-moving equipment.
    • Preferred experience in reading blueprints, understanding site layouts, and interpreting soil/boring reports.
    • If you have welding, torch cutting, or other metalworking skills, that's a plus.
