Central Processing Department seeks Stock Clerk to join their fast pace department for the Main Hospital
Central Processing Department (CPD) comprises the service within the hospital in which medical/surgical instrumentation are cleaned, assembled, sterilized, and readably available for patient care.
An average daily need for the Operating Rooms is in excess of 500 trays with an average of 5 instrument trays per case.
There are 2 positions available. Both are 40 hours per week;Shift #1: 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Shift #2: 11:00pm - 7:30am.
This position requires the ability to attend a week long orientation (Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm) which is offered every two weeks.

Summary:
Receives, orders, inventories, stores and issues items (food, drugs, equipment, chemicals, products, etc.) throughout the facility and off-site locations.
