Construction &Contractors, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Closely held businesses are the industries we service. In business for 20yrs and we've almost doubled in size over the last year and a half

This position will be hybrid in our Elgin office, 2-3 times per week

Senior Manager positions also availableWhat You Will Be DoingAs an Assurance Manager you will operate autonomously and work with unmatched flexibility. Our audit teams work in smaller, experienced engagement teams, allowing for continuous client exposure and access to engagement partners.
Plan and lead audit, review, compilation and other accounting engagements for our middle-market clients
Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements and tax-related schedules
Supervise, review, and develop associates and interns

This position will be hybrid in our Elgin office, 2-3 times per week

Senior Manager positions also availableWhat You Need for this PositionBachelors degree in Accounting, Masters preferred Active CPA license
Minimum of 8 years current or recent experience in public accounting in an audit/assurance function
Solid understanding of industry specific audit issues relating to organizational issues and attest services in any of the following areas; financial statement audit (Non-for-profit, governmental & For profit, preferred), regulatory compliance, due diligence and structuring, process and controls, or assertions and agreements
General knowledge of FASB & GASB regulations and GAAP
Strong financial statement audit background
Experience leading and mentoring teams
Able to develop, grow and maintain strong client relationships
Engagement, PPC experience, QuickBooks Experience preferred
