- Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive market trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, variable pay plans, equity incentives, and employee benefits, ensuring alignment with global and local regulations.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Oversee the administration of compensation processes, including salary surveys, job evaluations, merit increases, and incentive payouts.
- Drive the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to support decisionmaking and drive business results.
- Lead the development and maintenance of HR analytics dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and trends related to talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in total rewards and analytics to enhance the organization's competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Manage a team of total rewards and analytics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of total rewards principles, practices, and market trends within the cement or related industries.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing incentive programs to drive performance and engagement.
- Proficiency and certification in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global matrix environment, collaborating with diverse teams across multiple countries and regions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with crossfunctional teams and driving change initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and innovatively to solve complex business challenges.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Expertise in Mercer IPE methodology and GCPR, or similar.
