    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage inventory levels and stock movement within the warehouse.
    2. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders and preparing shipping documents.
    3. Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.
    4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
    5. Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
    6. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
    7. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
    2. Proven experience in warehouse operations, with knowledge of inventory management systems.
    3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
