- Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Meet our customers with outstanding enthusiasm
- Be the customer advocate
- Everything you do is based on ethics and you protect the customer, the company and the community through character based behavior.
- Build great relationships with our technicians and stay close to them through updates in a timely manner.
- Upsell service opportunities with clarity
- THINK like the customer in all you do
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Work in a highly active (busy) environment
- Automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
