G-Net Construction is looking to hire a PLUMBER WITH A "JOURNEYMAN GAS AUTHORIZATION" CARD We are a full-service general construction company with in-house Plumbing Staff, offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us Core Values to fit into our company culture: Respect / Proactive / Teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:We currently have a 24/7 emergency building maintenance department that is expanding with all types of Plumbing & Heating service calls, as well as larger contracted general construction projects with Plumbing & Heating Trade work. Our work ranges from bathroom/kitchen renovations to hospital & nursing home renovation projects. Check out for more information on our firm and what we do.

Perfect for the Plumber with at least 7 years experience and a desire to grow, or the elder pro who is looking to slow down and be a Plumbing Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must have a "JOURNEYMAN GAS AUTHORIZATION" CARD, in good standing.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience as a Plumber.
• Must live in Staten Island.
• If you have a field team, they must have at least 3-5 years of experience each.
• A Master Sprinkler License is a plus.
• Having a sewer jet machine and a sewer camera is a plus.
• Must be willing to organize and set up all service and plumbing projects 24/7.
• Owning a commercial customer base is a plus.
• Having your own service contracts/repeat customers is a plus.
• Must be knowledgeable of all NYC DOB PL codes and regulations.
• Must be knowledgeable of DOB/Expediting paperwork and filing, or use your own expeditor.
• Having your own supplier relationships/credit lines is a plus.
