    We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, team oriented, have great work ethic, people skills, energetic fun personality and a passion for hospitality and want to work with us. We cater and expect that applicant's possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to work independently off site and lead teams for large catering events as required. We close at 8:00 PM and are generally all closing work is completed by that time. This is an ideal opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment and be part of something special. We pay and promote based on demonstrated performance. There is room to grow We have part-time and full-time openings for a Barbecue Pit Crew Member.

    Summary:

    Perform a variety of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and dining areas in clean, orderly condition. Also will require prep work of catering orders or other food items.

    Essential Functions:

    - Monitors the establishment (front-of-the-house) for cleanliness and newly vacant tables

    - Cleans and sanitizing tables and seats

    - Performs set-up and stocks the food and beverage area or other assigned areas as requires

    - Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors

    - Manage and maintain a safe working condition

    - Restock all items as needed throughout shift

    - Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Manager.

    - Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards

    Qualifications:

    - Be authorized to work in the United States

    - Background check required

    - Responsible for greeting all guests and taking orders (Call In, Dine In, Take Out & Online)

    - Must have the ability to Multi-task under pressure and verbally communicate

    - Flexible schedule, available to work, days, nights, holidays and weekends

    - Reliable transportation & Valid PA Driver's License

    - Minimum age of 16 years or older

    - Safe Serve Certified or Food Handlers Card is preferred, but not required to apply
