- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
- Evaluate new patients by using 3D scan and state of the art movement technology.
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries.
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient.
- Develop a home plan/program customized to each patients movement patterns and needs.
- Monitor and help facilitate patients performance goals.
- Will see 6-8 clients per day after training period.
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid CA state license to practice.
- 2+ years outpatient PT experience (residency work in school does not qualify)
- Area of specialty highly preferred orthopedics, physical rehabilitation medicine, sports medicine.
- Prior experience with movement (i.e. yoga, Pilates, personal training, dance etc.).
- CPR certified or ability to obtain certification.
