- Proficiency in Case Management responsibilities
- Organizing and prioritizing clinical duties
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and hospital personnel
- Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Staff development and training
- Participating in program coordination and budget management
- Performing patient care based on staffing needs
- Assisting with Vein Care services if applicable
- Ensuring quality indicators are met
- Providing documentation assistance as needed
- Acting as a chamber operator in hyperbaric care
- Other duties as assigned
- Current RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Wound care certification preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
