    If you're eager to tackle a dynamic position where you can truly make a difference, Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Manager who embodies leadership qualities and thrives in a collaborative environment.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Oversee and maintain the QMS, revisions, audits, and training to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency
    Lead PPAP processes across all levels, control plans, and IMDS
    Conduct CMM programming and quality checks
    Lead internal and external audit reviews
    Supervise inspections with the assistance of quality technicians and certified material handlers
    Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
    Engage with customer representatives on PPAPs, audits, and product inspections
    Interface with customers and vendors to address quality-related issues
    Provide training on quality-related matters, including certification of material handlers
    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES YOU WILL BRING:2-year technical certificate or degree
    5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machining preferred
    PPAP processes, root cause analysis and CMM experience a must
    Functional knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D is a plus)
    Effective verbal and written communication skills
    Supervisory experience
    Willingness to be hands-on, adaptable to changing situations, and eager to learn
    Capable of thriving in a highly diversified work environment while managing multiple tasks
    Energetic, proactive, and accountable team player with a proven track record
