    We have the most qualified therapists in Kansas CityWe are currently looking for a FULL-TIME Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to provide managerial and clinical coverage for our Belton, MO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administratively oversee a busy outpatient physical therapy and sports performance business.Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
    • Provide handson therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
    • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
    • Monitor and document patients progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Stay uptodate with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
    • Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
    • Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • Prior management experience preferred but NOT required
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
    • Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
    • Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSkills:
