    A well-established, growing company in the Blue Springs area is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to add to its team.

    Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper include:

    • Entry of accounts payable
    • Accounts receivable, invoicing/billing, posting payments, cash receipts
    • Review credit card statements and reconcile against receipts
    • Daily electronic bank deposits
    • Bank and account reconciliations
    • Enter G/L entries and make adjustments
    • Daily and weekly reports
    • Payroll and HR assistance
    • Any other needs as assigned by the Manager

    Requirements for the Bookkeeper position:

    • 5+ years Bookkeeping experience preferred
    • Experience with SAGE100, Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software preferred
    • Excel and MS office experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
