    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical access hospital role in the Emergency Department, requiring recent critical access hospital experience and a NE or compact RN license.

    Responsibilities
    Work in a 15-bed critical access hospital setting
    No division of units; RN will cover ER, Med/Surg, and clinic responsibilities
    Three shifts per week with every other weekend required
    RNs will manage patient care across ER, Med/Surg, and clinic within one shift
    Must be comfortable working independently in a small hospital environment
    May be required to float between different units within the facility as needed

    Requirements
    Active NE or compact RN license required
    Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a critical access hospital
    Current CPR certification required
    Additional specialty certifications may be required depending on clinical area
