+ Provide supervision and performance feedback for reporting staff.+
+ Build positive relationships with parents, children coworkers and community partners.
+ Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.- Certification: DPI certification in ECE or ability to become DPI certified.- Registry Requirements: Must secure Registry certificate within 90 days.
+ Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe nurturing environment that encourages social emotional physical and cognitive development.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for children.
- E nsure delivery of comprehensive child development services including education health nutrition family support.
