6 years of experienceDemonstrated experience diagnosing/debuggingfaults in complex services or distributed systems.

Workingknowledge of enterprise network gear including routers,switches, and load balancers.

Working knowledge of enterpriserouting protocols and IP subnetting.

Experience using commondiagnostic tools like Netmon, WinDBG, and Wireshark.

Experience with PowerShell, SQL, and Python scripting.

Able todiagnose and mitigate faults.

Able to identify and drive recoverylevers with feature teams.

Able to communicate effectivelythrough written and oral English.

Able to interact with externalcustomers and partners on behalf of Microsoft.

Demonstratedexperience diagnosing/debugging faults in complex services ordistributed systems.

Position requires a TS/SCI.
