    Description

    R&R Heating and A/C is a local leader in HVAC installation and service. We are growing and looking for an energetic and organized person to join our Resedentail New Construction team. R&R Heating is still a locally owned company serving the greater Spokane area. This Admin support role


    Some of the job duties:


    • Help file paperwork and ensure the accuracy of data
    • Schedule install jobs efficiently using our system and communicate with RNC team.
    • Send out billings to our clients that are accurate and professional
    • Receive incoming items for the department and ensure they get to the proper destination.
    • Filling out inspection forms and permits for the city to ensure compliance with local codes
    • Gathering info on rebates and ensuring the proper forms are filled out in a timely manner.
    • Other general office duties
    Requirements


    • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excell, Powerpoint, Word)
    • Be able to multitask and stay organized.
    • Highly effective communication skills through email, phone or text.
    • Some construction or HVAC industry experience is a plus
    • Clean driving record
    • Clear background check
    Salary Description

    $21-$24/HR
