THE ROLE As a Testing Technician at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market.

    On a typical day, you'll be the final step in the assembly process, testing every product before it goes out to the customer, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

    In this role you willPerform product final assembly for DC charging products and sub-assembliesPerform product quality inspection to identify deviationsPerform product final testing according to set testing instruction and proceduresUse testing equipment and electrical measurement devicesDiagnose and troubleshoot products and testing equipmentRework manufactured products in case of deviationsReport testing results to test databaseConduct preventive maintenance and calibration of testing equipmentWork with engineers to develop testing procedures and equipmentAdhere testing instructions and electrical safety rules and regulationsMaintain safe and clean working environmentReport production testing safety deviations and development ideasOther duties as assignedWHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Degree in electrical fieldCertifications in electrical safety considered as advantageExperience in testing power electronics applications (high and/or low voltage) in manufacturing environmentExperience in debugging and troubleshooting electrical productsAbility read, interpret and apply manuals and schematicsAttention to detail and hand-eye coordinationColour-vision due to colour coded wiring installationsBasic computer skills in using testing software, ERP and MS office toolsExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenAdherence to work instructions and checklistsWillingness to learn and positive attitudeWHY JOIN US?We foster an Innovative Culture, we're not just developing products; we're evolving as individuals and as a team.
