Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements US Citizenship is required The selected candidate must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 45lbs This position may require long hours of standing As a result the selected candidate will be expected to be able to stand and walk around the worksite for the entirety of their shift Your future duties responsibilities The Support Associate Level III provides support to the Government staff performs accounting functions prepares letters reports specialized correspondence Anticipated tasks include but are not limited to Prepare mail envelopes correct passport corresponding supporting documents Box archive files storage purposes Interface Passport applicants Agency/Center counters At Information Station ensure appointment scheduled Review Passport application photograph identification supporting documentation completeness prior adjudication Ensure application documents complies passport requirements photograph meets standards customer provided fee information Operate equipment scanning image review book print quality control metering mail When operating four-printer pod prints passports rate 50 65 per hour reviews printed books data accuracy product quality Process refund reimbursement requests Generate credit card payments distribute completed batches cashier office Participate customer outreach activities Assist acceptance agent training prepare materials conduct meet-and-greets set-up sessions conduct office tours etc Assist CSM maintaining cataloging electronic records passport facilities Distribute newsletters correspondence staff Contact applicants request necessary documents Per client specialists guidance generate correspondence resolve application discrepancies including Return Sender Rewrites Re-issues re-batch system Review Passport application data recorded accurately DOS systems Handle complaint letters phone calls Requested client perform administrative review suspended applications Verify all applications determine payment expedite service Perform Quality Control verifying application matches processing Verify not issued cases photocopy setup abandoned forwarding hard copies requesting Agency Communicate stakeholders Congressional offices community-based organizations USPS Lockbox other Government Agencies direction Client Identify initiate trends patterns volume nature inquiries handled Not directly assisting Service serve NPIC search team Conduct research Passport cases gathering sources provide recommended findings clear concise manner summarize gathered identified during research Perform analyses suspended identify errors areas improvement memos associated applications Required Qualifications To Be Successful Role Ability remain flexible adapt pressure stressful situations follow instructions established procedures Capable repetitive tasks maintaining high level of accuracy Bachelor Degree OR years experience Support Associate II OR years experience entering high volume production environment Four general office experience three Microsoft Office Due nature government contract requirements clearance requirements US citizenship ability obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance Hourly Rate/hour CGI Federal law some jurisdictions include reasonable estimate compensation range role determination includes factors skill level; experience training licensure certifications Compensation dependent facts circumstances case.
