    Join our team at Custom Sock Club as a PPC Specialist with expertise in Google PPC We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to manage our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing ad performance, maximizing ROI, and driving qualified leads for our business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on Pmax campaigns for maximum performance.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad relevance and click-through rates.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets and targeting.
    • Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads and other PPC channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on PPC performance, optimizations, and recommendations.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in PPC advertising, with a focus on Google Ads.
    • Proficient in managing Pmax campaigns and optimizing for maximum performance.
    • Strong understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
    • Experience with other platforms such as Taboola, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads is a plus.
    • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification) are highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    *This position is Full-time only; Not contracted
