    SUMMARY:

    We are hiring a talented Technical Project Manager to lead our software engineering initiatives and product development projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing software development projects, with a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle. They will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to our quality standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
    • Software Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of platform solutions, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
    • Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
    • Consultancy and Strategy Development: Provide consultancy services to clients, helping them understand the best ways to utilize DAM, CMS or ECOMM in line with their business objectives. Develop and deliver platform strategies that align with clients' goals and processes.
    • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the platforms, ensuring that they can effectively use the system to meet their needs.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within project management and content services practices.
    • Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong emphasis on software development and product development.
    • Experience with DAM, E-Commerce, or CMS systems.
    • Proven experience managing software engineering projects: Demonstrable expertise in leading software development teams through the entire development lifecycle.
    • Consultancy experience: Strong background in providing consultancy services, with the ability to understand and align with clients' business objectives.
    • Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
    Primary Location Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
