What will I be doing?
As a Foster Care Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the placement, care, and support services for children in foster care. Your duties will include assessing the needs of both children and foster families, developing and implementing case plans, conducting regular home visits, making sure the home stays in compliance and ensuring continuing education requirements are met. You will advocate for the best interests of the children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while promoting family reunification or permanent placement.
