8, 10, or 12 hr shifts

Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education (can access programs simultaneously)

25 bed unit
~ Specializing in Neurosurgery, Spinal Surgery, & ENT
~ Our Neurosurgical team provides compassionate care to a unique and rewarding patient population. We are highly skilled in providing healing care to patients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord surgeries, brain surgeries, lumbar drains and neck dissections, and more.
~ We utilize a skill mix of RNs, LPNs & PCAs on our unit. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 (5 for both day & night shifts,) while our tech-to-patient ratio is 1:8 for days & 1:12 for nights. The Neurosurgical team works closely with our physician groups to ensure we are providing the best & most compassionate care to our patients.
