Develop and maintain project schedules. Monitor contractor progress and advise on potential
delays. Review and analyze contractor change order proposals for cost and schedule impacts,
providing detailed recommendations to project leadership, and project stakeholders, including
Asset Management.

contractor applications for payment, utilizing AIA Documents (e.g., AIA G732/703, G736/G737)
to conduct detailed audits of contractor schedules of values, stored materials and approved
change orders for absolute contractual compliance, advising project leadership and Asset. Management on potential financial risks before certifying payment recommendations to Owner.
