    Weekly Payments

    Eco Three is a comprehensive insulation provider specializing in batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam installations, including vapor barrier setups in crawl spaces. We are currently looking for dedicated insulation installers and potential crew leaders to join our team. This role involves working in challenging environments that require a tolerance for heat. While no prior experience is necessary, any relevant background is a bonus.

    If you have experience as a sprayer, we encourage you to apply. Compensation will be based on your experience, and a field test may be conducted to validate qualifications. The pay includes an hourly rate along with a piece rate per gallon.

    We are seeking motivated individuals to lead our fiberglass and crawlspace crews. If you have a history of managing labor crews, we want to hear from you. Outstanding crew leaders can earn an average of $25-28 per hour on glass jobs with a piece rate component.

    The key requirements for this position are:

    • Preference will be given to residents of Baldwin County
    • Having reliable transportation is advantageous
    • A clean driving record opens up the opportunity to use a company vehicle and may lead to a pay increase
    • Being in excellent physical shape is essential

    Typically, our day starts at the Fairhope office at 7 am and ends around 2-3 pm. We offer Blue Cross medical insurance, dental coverage, and a 401k plan.
