- Analyze preliminary data to evaluate whether a home may qualify for solar incentives.
- Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants.
- Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.
- Provide additional information to the customer as requested.
- Provide professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Experience in sales or high-volume calls.
- Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. experience is preferred.
