    ACA INTERNATIONAL

    ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, provides education, business services and government affairs advocacy for companies and individuals wanting to succeed in the accounts receivable management industry. Founded in 1939, ACA offers annual memberships to debt collection companies, law firms, asset buyers, credit professionals, and vendor affiliates.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    ACA currently has an opportunity for a full-time remote Director of Marketing. There may be some in office days required with advanced notice. This position will work collaboratively to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives of ACA International (a non-profit trade association) and its for-profit holding company subsidiaries, including Collectors Insurance Agency. A primary function will be to coordinate the production of marketing materials throughout the association to create a unified brand and synchronized message.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop and execute coordinated marketing and promotion plans for ACA International events, products & services, credentialing, education, membership, publications, tradeshows, fundraising, advocacy, affinity partner programs and for Collectors Insurance Agency services.
    • Establish standardized approaches, priorities, and practices to organization-wide marketing and provide guidance in the development of promotional plans, products and pricing strategies
    • Manage content strategy to ensure consistent tone, branding and messaging across all internal/external marketing projects and work to identify cross-promotional opportunities
    • Recommend priorities and appropriate resource allocation to achieve strategic and operating objectives
    • Supervise production and execution of both print and electronic marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, broadcast emails, ads, solicitations, and website collateral
    • Oversee exhibition concept-design, execution, and logistics for organization's presence at national conferences
    • Perform budgeting and cost control activities on projects and promotions; perform analytics to measure promotion effectiveness and return on investment
    • Manage the Website store
    • Manage marketing department staff

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience: 5+ years
