Adecco is hiring an
Associate Reporting Analyst
to support operational reporting for U.S operations. This role works with large datasets, builds reports, and helps teams understand performance metrics and trends.
*Responsibilities*
- Summarize and interpret large datasets
- Heavy Excel usage (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, Power Query)
- Perform trend analysis and time-based comparisons
- Build charts, dashboards, and recurring reports
- Gather and document reporting requirements
- Develop, test, and maintain reports
- Support daily production reporting
- Track KPIs and identify performance issues or opportunities
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams
- Improve and automate reporting processes

Statistical analysis (trend, variance, correlation, root cause)
*Requirements*
- 3-5 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas; macros a plus)
- SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- SSMS or Oracle SQL Developer
- Strong math and problem
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $35.00 per hour
