    Description

    The primary responsibility to provide network and system administration as well as provide helpdesk support. This position will be one of constant growth and learning, we are looking for a candidate that wants grow their skill set with hands on experience.

    Nature and Scope of position

    • Administer a variety of on prem and cloud software packages.
    • Provide daily Helpdesk support for tier 2 and 3 level tickets
    • Provide training and mentoring to helpdesk technicians
    • Coordinate infrastructure related projects
    • Create Training materials for user tasks
    • Create technical documentation
    • Assist with managing office 365
    • Administer and build SharePoint processes
    • Develop internal IT processes.
    • Configure and Deploy Laptops and other equipment
    • Avaya IP Office Administration
    • Endpoint Security and Patch management
    • Asset Management
    Requirements
    • Experience with office IT support and troubleshooting
    • 4 years of system administration experience in a midsize corporate environment
    • Associates or bachelor's degree in IT related field preferred
    • IT certifications strongly preferred
    • Server and network experience in a Microsoft Environment
    • Experience with Cisco Meraki Networking
    • Experience administering Office 365
    • Experience with supporting remote users
    • Experience with SQL database infrastructure
    • Experience with Microsoft NAV a plus
    • Experience with API or data integration a plus
    • Desire to continuously learn new skills
    • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Flow
    • Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
    • Customer service skills
    • Creative Solutions Architect
    • Project management experience
    • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
