Job Summary
The Benefit Analyst 3 is responsible for administration of our Health & Welfare benefit programs ensuring plans are competitive meeting company objectives and compliant.Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit health & welfare programs Section 125 plans COBRA administration Life/Disability plans voluntary benefit plans and Paid Time Off plans.
- Ensure benefit programs are complaint regarding company policies and governmental regulations Conduct and oversee compliance reporting benefit audits annual testing requirements along with updating and maintaining benefit plan documents.
- Reconcile and pay employee health and welfare plan invoices.
- Act as the Project Manager regarding Open Enrollment Partner to develop the overall Open enrollment program including timelines developing marketing materials presentations / training.
The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for administering employee benefits including health insurance life insurance disability insurance paid time off vacation sick leave etc. The Benefits Analyst will also be responsible for communicating benefits information to employees managers HR staffBenefits Administration Intermediate Customer Service Intermediate Human Resources Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Organizational Skills Advanced UKG Pro Advanced Verbal Written Communications Advanced Behaviours Dedicated Detail Oriented Functional Expert Innovative Leader Team Player Thought Provoking Education Preferred Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field Experience Preferred years Human Resource experience desired with a focus on benefits Certification desired PHR SPHR Certified Benefits Professional CBP Current working knowledge of federal state benefit laws regulations including COBRA Section ERISA HIPPA Affordable Care Act knowledge BusinesSolver UKG-Pro experience highly desired Strong MS Suite knowledge Strong communication skills analytical skills organizational skills customer service skills Licenses Certifications Required Driver License Preferred SPHR PHR Professional in HR
