PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a travel job in Boulder, Colorado.

Employment Type:
Travel

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • \tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
  • \tDevelop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
  • \tDocument services accurately and timely
  • \tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
  • \tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
  • \tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • \tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
  • \tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)
  • \tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
  • \tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
