    Job Description:

    Responsible for leading the development of workplace operations strategies that support specific corporate, line of business or regional objectives. Includes integrating line of business and corporate goals with real estate opportunities. Responsible for the coordination and management of regional outsource partners within specific PMO service line. Interfaces with senior Bank management in the development of service line operational strategies to keep them informed and to influence their decision making. Responsibility includes financial performance of recommended strategies, although implementation resides elsewhere in the Real Estate Services organization. Manages oversight of a service line function for a portfolio of 67MM square feet and overall operating expense of approx $1.1B.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of Bank PMO integrated facilities management service line
    • Ensuring that the outsourced facility partners meet SLAs
    • Process oversight and controls to manage implementation of best practices in partnership with the Bank's outsourced facility partners
    • Responsible for verifying, modifying, or creating the appropriate processes and controls for all GRES cross-portfolio PMO endeavors
    • Supports financial governance processes for facilities capital and expense investments
    • Integration with other service lines to ensure cohesive operational strategies and tactics
    • Enhancement of partnership across facility vendors and internal bank stakeholders
    • Enhancement of reporting and metrics to drive process adherence, effectiveness, and efficiency
    • Reduction of portfolio wide risk
    • Presentation of measurable outcomes to executive team
    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum 7 years of banking experience.
    • Strong leader with established expertise in Real Estate execution and program management
    • Detailed knowledge of construction industry contract language and negotiation experience
    • Detailed knowledge of project management
    • Detailed knowledge of large-scale complex portfolio endeavors
    • Strong presentation and documentation skills required for executive level reporting
    • Experience engaging with and managing large outsource relationships
