    Our client is a Top Public Accounting Firm serving ultra high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations. They're currently seeking Tax Managers with High Net-Worth, Individual & Partnership experience to join their team.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • 7 years of recent public accounting experience.
    Bachelors in Accounting or Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax
    CPA preferred and/or J.D./LLM in Taxation
    Technical knowledge and a developing area of expertise.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills.
    Ability to lead, direct and coach a team.
    Ability to foster and promote personal relationships with peers in firm and the business community.
    Outstanding business skills and industry knowledge.
    Knowledge of best practices for Business Development.

    Essential duties will include, but not be limited to:
    Manage day-to-day client relations and uphold positive client satisfaction.
    Pursue creative and inventive approaches while serving clients.
    Work closely with engagement partner and staff to meet client expectations.
    Manage the assignment budgets and profitability in area of responsibility.
    Keep current on applicable professional standards.
    Develop business and establish client relationships valuable to the firm.
    Partake in community and charitable activities.
    Become familiar with firm's full services and industry capabilities.

    Mentor new and present staff by creating an encouraging work environment that promotes open communication among all project group members.

    Promote your personal career growth & development.
    Contribute in firm administrative functions as assigned by the partners.
    Partake in recruitment and other business development initiatives.
