Overview

The Marketing Creative Lead is responsible for leading and shaping the visual identity of our brand through innovative design and strategic creative direction. You will oversee design, ensuring that all visual outputs meet the highest standards and align with the company's brand vision. Your role involves guiding design projects from concept through execution, and collaborating closely with other departments to achieve cohesive and impactful results.

What You Will Do

• Concept and execute designs across many media, including:
  • Email, web banners, digital ads, social media, virtual event
  • Interactive content
  • Sales resources including slides, collateral for online viewing and print
  • Short and long form video
  • Branded merchandise and corporate gifts
  • Large scale design including in-person events and billboards
• Own the visual identity of Zylo's marketing website and ongoing updates to the website
• Ensure a consistent application of our brand voice/style in all designs across all media
• Be part of the team to develop and extend our brand voice, visual identity and brand guidelines
• Define and implement the visual strategy and creative direction for all design projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital content, and product design.
• Oversee the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring they meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and communications, to integrate design strategies with business goals.
• Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
• Manage the design process from concept through delivery, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all design deliverables maintain a high standard of excellence, with attention to detail and consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and adapting to changing market trends as needed.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a senior design role, with a proven track record of leading design and managing complex design projects.
• Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, including knowledge of typography, composition, color, branding, and multimedia content creation
• Experience with Wordpress and or Webflow website design
• A portfolio you are proud of, showcasing your work in all key media (a portfolio or website is required to be considered)
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of translating complex ideas into compelling visual solutions. Passionate about design and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills with proven ability to get buy-in on proposed design solutions
• Up to date with current design technologies and trends
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with Google Slides, Canva and Premiere Pro
• Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, and also collaborate in a team environment
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a preference for previous SaaS experience
• A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
