Position Summary:

Ensures cleanliness of all pots, pans, flatware, dishes and designated equipment in the kitchen to SCR standards.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up dishwasher, pot & pan sink according to specifications or as instructed by Kitchen Supervisor.
• Responsible for the break down and cleaning of dish machine on a daily basis.
• Empty trash when needed or requested.
• Put away all cleaned items (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) in proper areas.
• Assist in cleaning all areas as needed.
• Assist with simple kitchen prep.
• Other duties as assigned.

No minimum level of professional experience is required for this position.

Education:

No minimum level of education is required is required for this position.

Required Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• TAM, Servsafe, and/or TiPS certification is preferred.
