    Description
    Hourly, Inc., is seeking an Outside Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in sales, finance, and payroll processes.

    The Payroll Sales Advisor will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our payroll software solutions to a wide range of customers.

    This is a fast-paced role that requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing clientsWork closely with the regional sales and underwriting teamConduct regular sales calls, presentations, and demos to promote Hourly's payroll software solutions to potential customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, lead-generation activities, and referralsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, promotions, and campaignsPrepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts that meet client needs and regulatory requirementsActively participate in team meetings and product training sessions to stay abreast of current trends and developments in the payroll software industryMonitor customer satisfaction levels and respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaintsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field required2+ years of insurance carrier, wholesale or retail agency experience in customer service, sales or similar rolesKnowledge of workers comp is requiredExperience working and partnering with insurance agencies preferredStrong understanding of payroll and finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirementsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteUpholds ethical and professional standards at all timesBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsW-2, Commissions OnlyCommission amounts will vary based on performance, but the expected annual arnings from commissions are approximately $200,000 to $400,000.
