- Active North Dakota license (we can assist)
- ACLS, PALS, BLS, DEA required
- Case mix: Bread and butter, 50% ortho, lumber punctures, and intubation required, 25% OBGYN, 25% eye procedures
- Blocks, Lumber Punctures, and Intubation are required
- Monday through Friday, 7am 3pm
- Call is 1:5
- No hearts, no neuro, no pain management
- Independent practice no CRNA supervision
