Job Summary
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for performing continuous inspections of construction and renovations at assigned locations except for structural elements; reporting discrepancies and partners to resolve;
reviewing the plans, specifications, schedule, and develops an inspection plan while ensuring compliance with Contract Documents and applicable codes;
maintaining an on-going list of work to be corrected and/or completed by the General Contractor in accordance with approved plans and specifications;
scheduling and coordinates regulatory agency inspections (e.g., AHJ field personnel, local building department personnel
;identifying potential construction conflicts to Project Team and promotes equitable resolutions documents construction;
