    Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, they will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing daily supervision and mentorship
    • Managing household routines and student schedules
    • Administering medications and ensuring student wellness

    The successful candidate will drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities with students, lead daily devotions accompanied by Sunday Chapel services.
    This role requires a structured approach that fosters academic,
    emotional,and social development so the students can reach their full potential.
