Job Description:

- Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- Job Type: Locum Tenens
- Facility Location: Newberg, OR
- Service Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
- Reason For Coverage: Supplemental
- Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
- Shift Schedule: To Be Determined
- Mon: Surgery (Hospital)
- Tue-Fri: Clinic
- Call Schedule: 5pm-7am
- 8-9 shifts per month
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Patient Demographics: 90% Adult; 10% Pediatric
- Patients per day: Majority Scheduled; 10% Add-ons
- Average Number of Surgeries: 4-6
- Physicians in Practice: 2
- Support Staff: 2 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants; 4 Medical Assistants
- Lab, X-ray & Ultrasound onsite
- Total Number of Beds: 40
- Number of Exam Rooms: 8
- Other Info:
- Provider will only handle clinic calls
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital Privileges required: Yes
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
