We are seeking an energetic and dedicated First Shift Lead Caregiver to join our compassionate team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate transportation for residents when needed
- Prior experience working in assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred
- Ability to verbally de-escalate and problem solve
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques,dementia care (including Alzheimer's), memory care,hospice care practices
