    American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Mount Vernon, Washington.

    Job Description


    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and a valid WA or compact RN license.

    Responsibilities

    • Hospital Labor & Delivery unit setting
    • Day shift schedule, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
    • Every other weekend required
    • No on-call responsibilities
    • Floating required as needed within scope of practice
    • Epic EMR in use
    • Block scheduling is open to discussion during the interview process
    • Local candidates are welcome to apply
    • First-time travelers are accepted for this position

    Requirements

    • Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
    • Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and C-EFM
    • Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required
    • Two professional references required for consideration
    • Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
